Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• unworn and unused,
• in its original condition,
• with all original tags attached.

Returns must be requested before they are sent. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide further instructions for returning your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at studio@peopleofart.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact studio@peopleofart.com.
